Just testing out new CSS.
I was bored of the last one and wanted some warmer colors.
Someday I'll get better at writing prettier codes.

Bleach.

This is random...but Bleach is such a guy show. XD
I know, I know, plenty of girls watch and like it. I've seen most of the episodes myself.
..but come on.... The more powerful a guy is the bigger his zanpakutou (weapon) grows.
Applied to Avatar I can definitely see why Katara would choose Aang over Zuko. Zuko is powerful and probably has a good sized zanpakutou, but Aang is the All powerful Avatar. His zanpakutou must be huge!
Poor Sokka. His moon sword isn't very big. It's a good thing that Suki obviously loves him for his personality.
Okay sorry. I'm done now.

I actually have the next 3 pages and the Chapter 2 cover for 4NA sketched out (Gah, I know, it's months late). ...but yay that I'm getting ahead on pages.
Hopefully you'll see some next week. No promises. Even with help, it's a long process.

I know it's been a while, but I'm opening commissions back up.
I will tell you upfront that I've had to raise the prices a bit.
Please don't give me a hard time. As much as I want to keep them so cheap that anyone can afford one, I just can't work for $2.00 an hour anymore...and the new prices are only closer to $5.00 an hour. I still consider them very reasonable and cheaper than most artists.

I've decided to add a new deal for commissions.
I have a REALLY nice printer now for both regular prints and transfers for t-shirts and handbags.
I'm opening commission packages where if you order a colored commission, I will print it either as a 8 1/2"x11" lustre print, on a t-shirt or on a handbag for only and extra $5.00 + the shipping and handling of the item.
I'm hoping that the t-shirts will be popular. They're really fun to make.
...and YES, I will do fanart on these as a 1 time commission.

This may be a very very silly request...but with Avatar just ending, it's probably the best time to ask...

I'm sure that everyone has noticed how very slow I am putting out my 4NA comic. I have to admit that my hold ups always come when I'm outlining and flood filling. I love writing it and sketching the pages (and am usually ahead on this) and shading...but I procrastinate on the outlines and flood fills FOREVER.

If anyone is willing to volunteer to outline the sketched pages or flood fill the pages (with color and you'd have pre-made palates), I'd be willing to try for 1 page a week and a fully colored 4NA comic.
I like shading, but if someone else is really good at it and interested in helping and has time, I'd be willing to consider giving up that job, too.

I'm sort of hoping to find 1 person to outline and another person to flood fill...or two people for each if there are actually a few volunteers. This is a fancomic, so you must already realize that I can't pay you.
You'd of course get credit for all the work you put in and you'd get to see the comic pages and storyline before everyone else.

Before you volunteer!....
...please make sure you will actually have time to either outline or flood fill at least one full comic page per week!
...I'm not that picky about perfection, but your lines and fills must look fairly decent...(The outlines must be clean enough for someone to easily flood fill)
...You must have some version of Photoshop or PaintShopPro...or another digital program that will save as PSD files. (We must have layers)

If you'd like to volunteer, please send me a NOTE (comments sometimes get buried.) stating which part you'd like to help with.
I can either browse your gallery to see your work, or you can link specific pieces you'd like me to see.

Thanks so much. I'd love to do the pages in color and see them made faster, but there's no way I'll find the time myself.

Whew, I think I got most of the art from vacation posted. Well...only about 1/3 of it, but the parts that I wanted to post.
For those who are interested, I posted a few more of the sketches in my scraps. [link]

I have the next couple 4NA pages sketched, but they still needed to be completed on the computer.
I also got a LOT more of the writing done, since I'd run out after this classroom scene.
I think watching the series end has gotten me more interested in the comic again.

I'm SO tired. We flew overnight the night before last and I don't sleep well on airplanes..or in cars...ect.. I only slept 1-2 hours all night. Last night helped...but..man...I think it will take a couple of days to get myself back in gear. I will TRY to work on 4NA stuff soon, though.

I'm going to try and catch Cherry ( ) tonight or tomorrow and see if we can't finish up all this contest stuff.

OMG! The finale was awesome.
Don't really have time to say much about it now.
I loved it, but the very end...like the last 15 min of wrap up was incredibly cheesy. I might have been better off if I stopped watching right after Aang took Ozai's bending. And WTF? They didn't say what happened to Zuko's Mom. Wonder if that means she was dead. : ( Showed them all hanging out and no one looking for her afterwards.

I think all this goodness is giving Zuko multiple personalities.
Just the other day he was all "OMG! Revenge! Kill!" and last night he was all. "New era of peace and love!!!" Ya...I need a comic about that or something.

I will post junk for Zutara/Kataang bet when I get back to Michigan. I'm gone for one more week and won't have much internet access until I'm home. I'll also post commission stuff and start working on that again after I get back. This surprise vacation is putting us a bit behind on cash. ...and I'll finally try to catch up on deviations and such then.
